JESSIE D. DE MESA is a born leader with a strong desire to take a vision and make it into a reality. Recognized by his executive abilities and entrepreneurial endeavors, He has created successful companies which are now thriving in a challenging generation and considers it his greatest accomplishment. But it is his enthusiastic spirit and genuine compassion toward others that makes him an inspiring leader. Jessie radiates a sincere passion for building trust with his partners, genuine relationship with his friends and brings camaraderie into the team to a whole new level. For a long-lasting career, he says that honesty, loyalty, patience, and kindness are essential values in an individual.

Currently, He is the President of Hefty Power Systems Corporation which he created together with Ernesto B. San Juan and Claudio E. Pornela. He manages overall corporate direction and business strategies and implements the organization’s vision and mission. Through his guidance, the company has overcome many obstacles and has continually received recognition due to its outstanding performance. His next goal for Hefty Power is to be classified as an AAA company by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB).

Formerly, he worked with SL Development & Construction Corporation as Project Manager and Consultant wherein he was awarded by the Philippine Hanjin Shipyard Power Plant for completing a project on time. Prior to that, he turned his hobby of building cars into a business enterprise. He established the J & J Liner Services which provide shuttle bus services to the public and to other companies. This is now managed by his youngest son. Earlier, He built his career in the Power Electric Industry during his 25 years of experience at the National Power Corporation where he started as a Materials Test Engineer and became the Cluster Head later on. Due to his effectiveness as a leader, he was given the Corporate Award twice for completing two projects ahead of time.

Jessie holds a Master in Business Administration at the Philippine Women University and finished his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the Adamson University. He is a Licensed Civil Engineer.
